COD Terms and Conditions

All customers are hereby notified that, as per the terms and conditions of COD, the courier company will not allow the customer to open the package before payment.
If you, as a customer, want to open the parcel to view the product, you must inform the sales representative on the call while confirming your address. You have the right to return the package only after making the payment and acknowledging delivery to the courier company.

To return the package, please notify us by calling +92 329 0658900 or emailing info.elegantshe@gmail.com after making the payment to the courier. You will then need to send the package back at your own expense for a return or exchange.

Please do not ask the courier delivery person to open the package before payment, as it is against COD regulations in Pakistan.
